Alto AI is a mobile app operated by The Alto Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Alto AI includes AI-assisted meal, workout, and wellness coaching features, food and activity logging, subscription features, and account management.

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on as medical guidance. When you send chat messages or upload images for analysis, relevant content may be sent to AI API providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini) to generate requested app functionality. We aim to send only the content needed for the requested response. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
We configure our AI API providers so that submitted content is not used to train their public foundation models, where applicable and supported by provider agreements/settings.

To operate and improve Alto AI, we may collect and process telemetry such as app usage events, diagnostics, crash logs, performance metrics, app/device metadata, abuse-prevention and security signals, and attribution/conversion events. This information helps us improve app stability, investigate incidents, protect users, and measure product performance.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. RevenueCat helps us validate purchase status and manage subscription entitlements. Alto AI does not directly receive full payment card numbers. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple policies and your Apple account settings.

No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Alto AI is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that data was collected from a minor in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete it.
